We have limited space on our roster, so sign up now! Teams will fill up fast. A waitlist is set up; however, there is no guarantee of a spot on the roster. A player's age is determined by how old they are on July 14, 2026.

Early Registration [register by April 15th] $450

Regular Registration [April 16th - June 1st] $550

Late Registration [June 2nd – June 14th] $650

Registration fees include participation for one player, Home and Away personalized game jerseys, 1 pair of game pants, and 1 t-shirt and pair of shorts. Helmets & shoulder pads and other gear and apparel are the responsibility of the participant.  

When registering please upload a photo of your child from shoulders up with NO hat or glasses. You MUST upload a photo to be able to complete registration.

 

50% due upon completion of registration. The remaining balance will be due 30 days post-registration.

 

Refunds: 

If a player must withdraw, the following refund fees will be assessed minus the cost of the uniforms:

**Military families who are unable to maintain participation in PLYF at any time due to their obligation(s) to the US Military are entitled to a full refund at any time, if required. A copy of the reassignment orders shall be required to process this type of refund.

Our league strives to provide an enriching team sport experience with a strong sense of community and to instill in its members the principles of good sportsmanship, leadership, dedication, and teamwork.
